The Gourmet club is for “foodies” to discover and experiment with specially-crafted flavour fusions, explore both evolved local and international cuisines, enjoy a variety of wines, cocktails, mocktails and other drinks through tastings and pairings while reinforcing connections.
The Book club is our exciting reading and discussion space. We love to read a large variety of books and then dissect them through enjoyable discourse. It’s one book a month, and can be in any category and on any subject. The objective is to expand our minds and go on a voyage of discovery together every time we meet. There’s really no limit to learning new, more, different…….
A business-focused monthly dinner, where decision-makers from different sectors of the economy meet and connect, collaborate and create new alliances for greater impact. The Dining Club is a safe space for Members to meet, connect, or reconnect, discuss topics of mutual interest, unearth synergies over dinner and drinks, listen and learn from each other and from our Guest Speakers. This mini club is focused on laying strong foundations for trust, development and growth leading to business collaborations and partnerships.
Film club is one of our favourite ways to decompress after a long draining week. Immersing ourselves in a world of make-believe or watching a critically acclaimed movie, or one that’s based on true life story is not only entertaining but also relaxing. Movie lovers and critics alike gather to watch, laugh, cry and debate issues raised in films from all across the world – of course we’re partial to movies and documentaries written, produced and/or directed by women.
For the adventurous spirit, our Travel club is our outlet for the collective exploration of exciting new regions across continents and beyond for knowledge expansion, and cultural immersion.
We love everything around Art and Culture and explore and learn all we can about the history, arts & culture of Nigeria, Africa and the World.
Our style club is for those of us interested in fashion and style. If you are looking to improve or enhance your style or simply passionate about style and birthing opportunities for African designers – our style club provides the opportunity through which fashion can be explored, challenged, celebrated and enjoyed.
One of GAIA AFRICA’s objectives is to increase members financial capacity and one of the ways we do this is through our two investment clubs where financial resources are pooled together and invested in accordance with the laid out investment policy of the relevant Club as agreed by the members.The more we pool together the larger our target !
